SupportLinc is the employee assistance program, or EAP, for Aaron's. This toolkit was built specifically for Aaron's Store Managers and will help you utilize and promote the EAP, and will also provide guidance for coordinating team member referrals into the program.

Critical incident response services

Incidents such as workplace violence, robbery, a natural disaster, suicide or a workplace accident can leave team members shocked, distracted and unable to perform their job effectively. Critical Incident Response (CIR) services are intended to reduce the acute symptoms of the trauma and to prevent the development of PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). Training services

We understand the importance of getting a high level of contribution from every individual within an organization. To help store managers develop the competencies of their team members, we provide customized workshops and training modules designed to make Aaron’s staff and supervisors most effective. Our training programs are divided into two broad categories:

  • TOPICAL TRAINING Topical training modules on 59 subjects allow Aaron’s to use us as their own private organizational development resource. All modules are customized to meet Aaron’s training objectives.

  • BENEFIT TRAINING Through benefit training, our trainers will provide Aaron’s staff and supervisors with the tools and knowledge to utilize the EAP most effectively.
