Onsite EAP Counseling with SupportLinc

ARUP Laboratories offers free onsite counseling through SupportLinc, your Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Sessions are confidential and designed to help with depression, anxiety, stress, work-life balance, grief and loss and strengthening your overall wellbeing.

Scheduling your visit:

Time slots are listed on the scheduler in 30-minute increments, but you are welcome to schedule a 60-minute appointment by scheduling two consecutive time slots. Plan to book an hour for your very first visit.

Click on your desired date and time(s) and follow the prompts. You’ll receive a message confirming your appointment.

Location and arrival instructions:
The onsite counseling office is located in Building 606, located at 606 Arapeen Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.

Use the southeast entrance (see map). On your arrival, please take a seat in the EAP waiting area.


Meet your counselors

Kyle Tew (Onsite only): Kyle Tew is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people find solutions to the things they are struggling with. He believes that the best way to take on life’s challenges is by developing skills that help us overcome obstacles between you and your goals. He specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and has worked in multiple different settings, including community mental health centers and private practice, over the past decade. He spends most of his free time traveling to explore, climb and canyoneer and has visited every state and territory.

Specialties include: Anxiety, depression, work stress, home stress, trauma, life transition and grief.


Betsy Henninger (Onsite only): Betsy has been a Clinical Mental Health Counselor for 20+ years. She owns a private mental health counseling office and works with individuals, couples and families ages eight and up. She has extensive experience using CBT, DBT, Solution Focused and EMDR techniques when working with people experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress and trauma. She strives to provide a safe place for individuals to feel supported when overcoming the challenges of daily life. Betsy believes that people are doing the best they can and sometimes need the tools to help them move forward.

Specialties include: Depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, family and relationship concerns.
