Onsite and virtual counseling

American Crystal Sugars’ suite of benefits includes free, onsite and virtual (video) counseling for all employees. Participants may schedule confidential, virtual (video) sessions with a licensed clinician to address common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, preventing burnout, building resilience, relationship issues and alcohol or substance use concerns.

Meet your counselor

Myste Hutton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience in the mental health field. She uses evidence-based training, techniques and modalities to ensure a therapeutic and skillful process. She believes in the power of resilience and the unique strengths each person brings to their healing journey. She uses a collaborative and affirming approach. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration and relationship challenges, using evidence-based practices with a compassionate, inclusive lens.
